Amelia Dumaka

Amelia has experience in all areas of family law dealing with divorce and children matters in relation to marital and co-habitation disputes. She acts for either parent in private law proceedings where domestic violence, parental responsibility, residence and contact are in issue. She regularly represents grandparents in special guardianship work.

Amelia also has particular interest in dealing with financial matters including pension, bankruptcy and the family home.
