Brian Cowan

Brian is based at our Ilford Office where he is the supervising Partner.

Since qualifying in 1979 Brian has worked in most areas of law including General Litigation, Personal Injury Work, Criminal Law, Licensing Law, Family Work and all types of property work.

In recent years his work has been mostly property based where he has developed a speciality in purchases and sales of property on new developments where he has acted for potential owner/occupiers and investors (including overseas investors).

In addition, he continues to undertake a broad base of work in the commercial and residential property field.
