Fatema Sattar

Fatema joined Macleish Littlestone Cowan in January 2008 as a Trainee Solicitor. Since qualifying as a Solicitor Fatema remains with the Private Client and Wealth Management Department. Fatema specialises in Estate Planning Advice, drafting of Wills, Probate in the Administration of Estates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work. She also deals with property transfer in line with Estate Planning advice to mitigate any Inheritance Tax as well as dealing with sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold residential property. Fatema works between the Barking, Snaresbrook and Sawbridgeworth offices and provides home and hospital visits at clients request. She also runs a free Will writing and legal advice work shop on alternate Fridays for the local community.

In her spare time she enjoys diving, skiing, horse riding, traveling, cooking as well as spending time with her young nephews and niece. Fatema is a member of the Royal Academy of Arts and attends various exhibitions inviting friends and supports the gallery in fund raising events. She has recently started boxing classes at her local gym to improve her level of fitness..
